The Michigan Economic Development Corporation and other state/federal agencies have a number of grant programs to assist local redevelopment efforts through investment funding and rehabilitation assistance. The Leoni DDA should inquire about its eligibility for these programs to acquire additional funding that would serve as a foundation for projects going forward.
